On theory of coherent crystallization of bose-liquid

Description

One studies two approaches to describe a crystal coherent growth under zero temperature. The first approach interprets the matter nondissipative transition from one phase to another as a mechanical motion of a system consisting of two homogeneous quasi-unidimensional Bose-condensates one of which simulates the crystalline phase and the other one -superfluid helium. In terms of the mentioned model V ∝√δμ law is obeyed in place of the classical law of the theory of irreversible processes where V rate of crystal growth is proportional to δμ first degree of nonequilibrium. The second approach deals with a microscopic model of a crystal growth caused by quantum tunnelling through interphase surface representing a structure consisting of two neighbouring quasi-unidimensional quantum wells
