On the energy-dependence of background-resonance interference effects in knockout reactions

Description

Information about deep-hole excitations formed in knockout reactions may be masked by background-resonance interference effects. The dependence of these interference effects on the energy of the incident projectile is studied. They are found to become substantially less important at higher incident energies. (Auth.)
