Description
The effects of different pulse intensity on the hydraulic performance of column were investigated on the basis of design, installation and commissioning of the stripping column in pilot plant under the design load in this article and hydraulic operation parameters, such as liquid level, interface, density, etc., were obtained. Meanwhile, the entrainment and acidity of two-phase outlet was measured and analyzed, respectively. Ultimately the optimal pulse condition was determined and the distribution coefficient of acid was obtained. The experiment results showed that the hydraulic of the designed stripping column operated stably and it could meet the requirements of acid mass transfer. (authors)
