Methods of application of the direct and indirect haemolysis inhibition test were studied in order to optimise the test parameters: The ultimate aim was to standardize the test method and compare its sensitivity in detecting various platelet antibodies with platelet indirect radioactive Coombs-test and the platelet immunofluorescence test. Der direkte und der indirekte HHT wurden methodisch untersucht mit dem Ziel, durch eine Optimierung der Versuchsparameter eine Standardisierung des Testverfahrens zu erreichen und seine Empfindlichkeit zum Nachweis verschiedener Thrombozytenantikoerper mit dem PRAT und dem PIFT zu vergleichen.
