Methods of synthesis of solid solutions on zirconium dioxide base
Description
Methods for production of the zirconium ceramics stabilized with yttrium oxide are considered. The main technical properties of the ZrO2xY2O3 solid electrolyse produced by the methods of mechanical mixing, mutual deposition from salt solutions synthesis of low-hydrated hydrohides, high-frequency melting in a cold container are compared. Advantages and limitations of the above methods are shown. Tabular data are presented on chemical composition, volume weight, crystal size, porosity, strength, and heat resistance in the range of 200-500 deg C of solid solution based on zirconium dioxide
