Description
In this paper an overview is given of electron microscopy studies on the different ceramic superconductors: YBa2Cu3O7, Bi(Tl)-Sr(Ba)- Ca-Cu-O and Pb2Sr2Y0.5Ca0.5Cu3Ox. Planar defects in these materials play an important role in the superconducting properties. Their structural characteristics are discussed
