This Order, which came into force on 6 September 1984, revokes the Medicines (Committee on Radiation from Radioactive Medicinal Products) Order 1978 thereby abolishing the Committee, which was established for the purpose of giving advice on safety, quality and efficacy in relation to radiation involving any substance or article for human use to which the Medicins Act 1968 is applicable. Le present Arrete qui est entre en vigueur le 6 septembre 1984 abroge l'Arrete de 1978 portant creation d'un Comite sur les rayonnements emis par les produits medicinaux radioactifs. Ce Comite qui est desormais aboli, avait ete cree dans le but de donner des conseils en ce qui concerne la securite, la qualite et l'efficacite, du point de vue des rayonnements, de toute substance ou tout produit, utilise par l'homme auquel la loi de 1968 sur les medicaments s'applique
