Current problems of forming the program environmental radiation monitoring

Radiation monitoring program includes: the type and frequency of measurements, measurement methods, and the methods of sampling and subsequent laboratory analysis, statistical treatment, methods of obtaining, interpreting, and recording data. Particular attention is drawn to the identification of short and medium term time trends of changes of radiation conditions for the subsequent prediction of doses for different scenarios. (authors)
