Description

Im Kern eines Kugelhaufen-HTR, in dem die Brennelemente (BE) ständig in Bewegung sind, lassen sich Temperaturen nicht ohne weiteres messen. Eine Möglichkeit zur Messung von Gasaustrittstemperaturen aus der Schüttung bieten spezielle Temperaturmeßkugeln, die wie normale BE zugegeben und umgewälzt und die nach ihrer Entladung auf ihre maximal erlebte Temperatur hin ausgewertet werden. Versuche mit Meßkugeln wurden am AVR bereits Anf. der 70er Jahre durchgeführt. Dabei wurden bei Vollast und einer mittleren Kühlgasaustrittstemperatur von 750 °C Temperaturen bis ca. 970 °C festgestellt.Additional details
