Effect of reactor irradiation on long-term strength and creep of 0Kh16N15M3B steel in plane stressed state. Communication 3. Experimental study of creep resistance

Description
Results of an experimental study are presented for 0Kh16N15M3B austenitic steel creep at 650 deg C under reactor high-intensity irradiation and ordinary conditions of the test in a plane stressed state. It is shown that the reactor irradiaition in the studied range of experimental parameters makes the creep rate of the steel in a steady-state portion of the curve almost twice as high, but does not make an essential effect on the long-term ductility
