Structure of deposits of gase-phase tungsten at high temperatures
Description
Investigation results of creep and strength for laminated deposites of tungsten fluoride wore given. A strengthening action of an initial laminated structure of gas-phase tungsten is revealed for the case, when stresses exceed 3OMPa with time before fracture <100 h and temperatures of 1500-1800 deg C. Values of creep deformation during a fracture of tungsten with a laminated structure decrease with an applied stress increase
