A distribution function for angular correlation in He- and Be-like ions
Description
A distribution function for the interelectronic angle in atomic systems is suggested and examined for 2- and 4-electron ions. The correlated wave-functions of Weiss and others were used to study the behaviour and relative importance of angular correlation in the K and L shells.
