Measurements of the dipoles for cooler-storage-ring main injection beam line

Description
The magnetic measurement system and measurement results of dipoles for CSRm injection beam line are introduced. By analyzing the results, there are two conclusions which can be drawn. The first, sextupole component of magnetic fields can be decreased by chamfering, but that will cause a little rising of quadrupole component. The second, the trimming currents embedded in magnet poles dramatically depress quadrupole and sextupole components to an acceptable level. Furthermore, the difference between measurement and calculation results of integral fields is illustrated, and the reasons causing errors are also accounted for
