Nuclear: Three ways for waste processing

Description
After the starting again of the old neutrons Phenix reactor, the controversy around the radioactive wastes processing intensify. There three ways of doing: the surface storage, the underground storage and the radioactivity neutralization. These three possibilities are detailed in this issue. (N.C.)
