In the paper, the results of mathematical modeling of heterogeneous processes are presented indicating the applicability of the method of thermal-desorption surface-ionization spectrometry to determine the kinetic characteristics of thermal desorption of particles from the surface of heated solids, as well as the heat of evaporation of substances.
