Description
Studied is the effect of the annealing temperature and rate of cooling in the ordering range (600-350 deg C) on the magnetic properties and the 79NM alloy structure depending on the degree of initial purity and reduction in the course of cold rolling. It is shown that the purity increase promotes acceleration of recrystallization, reduces the secondary recrystallization threshold and permits to considerably increase magnetic properties. Formation of the recrystallization cubic texture leads to increase of the alloy magnetic properties, development of secondary recrystallization deteriorates the alloy magnetic properties with the isotropic structure. The most intensive process is in the alloy with improved purity. The increase of the rate of cooling in the ordering range and of the annealing temperature of the industrial 79NM alloy permits to obtain the properties comparable with the properties of the metal of improved purity
