Construction of a positron lifetime spectrometer with β+-γ coincidence

Description
A positron lifetime spectrometer consisting of a thin scintillator that detects positrons penetrating through it, has been established on the basis of β+-γ coincidence. The spectrometer has been used in the measurement of a Si sample with a time resolution FWHM = 255 ps
