Description
This Agreement between France and the Federal Republic of Germany provides for the setting up of an appropriate system for the Parties to be mutually informed without delay of any incident or accident occurring in either of their territories, likely to affect the territory of the other State, in particular, those which may occur in a nuclear power plant and which might have radiological consequences. The Agreement entered into force on 6 August 1981. (NEA)

Cet Accord conclu entre la France et la Republique Federale d'Allemagne prevoit la mise en place d'un systeme approprie d'information mutuelle dans le but d'etre informe sans retard d'incidents ou d'accidents survenant sur le territoire de l'une ou l'autre des Parties, susceptibles d'affecter le territoire de l'autre Etat, en particulier ceux pouvant survenir dans une centrale nucleaire et risquant d'avoir des consequences radiologiques.
