Complete text of publication follows. The review of experimental methods as well as the neutron-optic technics for use of polarized neutron facility [1] is represented. Developed methods of SAPNS allow to get the precise information about spin correlations in magnets that can not be obtained by others methods. It would consider depolarization and Larmor precession of polarization, left-right asymmetry scattering and separation of elastic and inelastic magnetic scattering and others methods as well as corresponding technical devices: magnetic monochromator, broad-spectrum flippers, three-dimensional analyzer etc. For illustration of SAPNS methods it would be presented a number of results obtained, such as critical index for correlation radius (v=0.67±0.01 for Fe), dynamical index (z=2.617±0.004 for Fe), temperature behavior of magnitostriction near TC in PdFe(4% at.), observation of three-spin (chiral) correlations in Fe above TC, the study of 3-spin critical dynamics, spin-wave parameters for ferromagnets with high accuracy and its deviation under various external factors (temperature, annealing, tensile stress) etc. (author) [1] A.
