Intrinsic stresses and strains in composite materials following thermal cycling
Description
There has been studied change of the internal stresses and deformations in the composite material consisting of nickel-chromium alloy with fibres of tungsten-rhenium alloy during thermal cycling with heating up to a temperature of 1300 deg C. It is shown that thermal cycling makes it possible to estimate the quality of the composite material, internal stresses and deformations in its components
