Diffusion of 182Ta in vanadium
Description
The diffusion of 182Ta in vanadium was measured over the temperature range of 1100-18000C. A linear Arrhenius curve was obtained, and the temperature dependence of D, the diffusion coefficient, can be described by the relation D = (2.44sub(-1.06)sup(+1.87) x 10-1 exp [-(71980 +-1915)/RT]. (author)
