Spent radioactive source management in an irradiation plant

Description
The management of spent 60Co sources was carried out in an irradiation plant in 2012, which mainly involved characterization, preparation before collection, collection, inspection after collection, packaging, and sending for storage. There were 166 sources, after verification, with a total activity of 6.39 × 1014 Bq. They were smoothly placed into 3 lead containers and delivered for storage. (authors)
