Description

A target evaporating fragment (black particle) forward-backward multiplicity relationship with a target proton's recoiled proton (grey particle), which are produced from various nuclear emulsion target interactions induced by 84Kr36 (1 A GeV), are explored. The forward and backward averaged multiplicities of a grey and black particle are observed to rise as the size of target increase. The averaged multiplicity of a forward and backward black particle and backward grey particle is unaffected by projectile mass and energy, but the averaged multiplicities of a forward grey particle increase as projectile mass and energy increase. The forward-backward multiplicity relationship follows a linear law that is independent of the mass and energy of the projectile. The results are also compared to the measurements of other experiments and found to be consistent. (author)
