Transformations in pseudo-β-titanium VT35 alloy under isothermal treatment
Description
Phase transformations in VT-35 alloy of the Ti-Al-V-Cr-Sn-Mo-Zr-Nb system were investigated under isothermal holdings within the range of 150 to 700 deg C. According to investigation results a decomposition curve was built that turned out to be a typical S-curve. Maximal rate of solid solution decomposition corresponded to the temperature of 450 deg C. Final products of decomposition consisted of α- and β-phases
