The united atom approximation option in the ISICS program to calculate K-, L- and M-shell cross sections from PWBA and ECPSSR theory

  • 1. Physics Department, Creighton University, Omaha, NE 68178 (United States)

Description

The C program, ISICS [Z. Liu, S. J. Cipolla, Comput. Phys. Commun. 97 (1996) 315], which calculates ionization and X-ray production cross sections using PWBA and ECPSSR theory, has been enhanced by the addition of new options, including the united atom approximation to the binding-energy correction. Other changes will also be briefly described
