Description
The nature of an anomalously broad band in the Raman spectra of a macroscopic hydrogen-bonded system is analyzed by the example of hydrated antimony pentoxide Sb2O5 · nH2O. Theoretical calculation of the Raman band profile is performed for the model suggested. The possible origins of various band profiles are analyzed for different structural modifications of Sb2O5 · nH2O. 19 refs., 6 figs., 1 tab
