Description
The local ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of PVDF-Bi25FeO40 composite thin films are investigated using piezo force microscopy (PFM) technique. The composite thin films are prepared by spincoater with PVDF and Bi25FeO40 nano powder solution mixture. The surface microstructure, confined domain structure and its corresponding d33 coefficient is explored with PFM underpoling and no-poling. (author)
