This specification is intended to cover the minimum requirements for manufacturing including heat treatment, nondestructive examination and testing of irradiation test blocks to be used for IAEA Coordinated Research Programs. The material shall conform to the requirements of the chemical and mechanical properties specified in 20 MnMoNi 55 (ASME SA508, Cl.3) as shown in the Tables 1 and 2 of this specification
