The low temperature heat capacities of SnO2 and In2O3
Description
The heat capacities of SnO2, In2O3, and indium-tin oxide solid solutions have been measured in the range 1 to 40 K. From the values obtained the Debye temperatures of SnO2 and In2O3 have been derived. The thermodynamic functions of Inπ2O3 (heat capacities, standard entropies, and enthalpy differences) at T = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 K are presented
