District heat generating plants - present planning and significant results
Description
Combined generation of electricity and heat is a must for economical generation of district heat for the base load range with a minimum environmental impact. More sophisticated desings are taking over both for heat extraction from condensing turbine power plants as well as for backpressure turbine power plants. More and more existing power plants are being backfitted for heat extraction. The advantages and disadvantages of the different concepts are illustrated. The possibilities for nuclear district heat generation are also touched on. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Eine wirtschaftliche und umweltfreundliche Fernwaermeerzeugung im Gesundheitsbereich ist die kombinierte Erzeugung von Strom und Waerme selbstverstaendlich. Anspruchsvollere Auslegungen setzen sich sowohl bei der Auskopplung aus Kondensations-Kraftwerken als auch bei Gegendruck-Heizkraftwerken durch. Auch die Waerme-Auskopplung aus Altanlagen wird mehr und mehr durchgefuehrt. Zum Schluss wird noch kurz auf die nukleare Heizwaermeerzeugung eingegangen. (orig.)Additional details
