Description

The level density of Ignatyuk formula is introduced into the many stages dynamics model (MSDM) instead of Fermi-gas formula to improve the simulating calculation of the spallation fragments. The results from MSDM with Ignatyuk formula reproduce the experimental data well for the mass and charge distributions, the formation cross sections of isotopic product from proton-induced on 208Pb with energy of 1 GeV, and it is better than some results calculated by MSDM with Fermi-gas formula of level density, the LAHET code with Bertini or Isabel intra-cascade model, the semi-empirical formula YIELDX and INCL4 + KHSv3p models.
