Threshold character of losses in RBa2Cu3Ox single crystal superconductors

Description
Experimental studies are made into magnetic susceptibility of single crystal and ceramic RBa2Cu3Ox (R=Y, Dy) samples within the range of superconducting transition. Qualitative difference is revealed in character of magnetic losses for samples mentioned. The nature of losses in ceramics is determined by the josephson media. The josephson effects in single crystals are much weaker and energy absorption is conditioned by single josephson or abrikosov vortexes
