Binding of some metals by different ribonucleic acids in norm and at diseases
Description
The qualitative and quantitative differences in the Fe, Cr, Sc, Co, Ag, Zn, Sb, Hg, Rb, Cs, Se microelement content in various ribonucleic acids (RNA) are established. Given is the comparative estimate of a microelement spectrum of the ribonucleic acids, extracted from the liver of healthy, hepatectomized and sarcomatous rats, as well as from the tumor tissue of the above animals. The quantitative content of heavy metals was determined by the instrumental neutron activation analysis. Shown is the specificity of the quantitative microelement content for RNA separate fractions, extracted from the liver of healthy, hepatectomized, sarcomatous rats as well as from the M-1 sarcoma. All the RNA fractions are characterized by a high zinc content as compared with other microelements investigated
