Description

This study investigated the effects of light water (DDW) upon the growth of chrysanthemum indicum explants in comparison with the plants grown in H2O (control samples). The neoplantlets grown in vitro were followed up in ex vitro vegetation. In both experiment types (in vitro and ex vitro) quantitative determinations for evidencing differentiations were done. Size of in vitro grown plantlets decreased slightly under the influence of light water as compared to the control samples. Leaf areas was significantly higher in the plants grown in light water medium. For the ex vitro growth the plants' size was higher in case of light water medium than for control plants. Also significant differences in growth were found in leaf areas of the plants grown in light water as compared with control plants
