Description
Law no. 2023-175 of March 10, 2023 on the acceleration of renewable energy production, also named the APER law, was promulgated on March 10, 2023, after several months of study by both houses of parliament and an examination by a joint commission. This law is structured around 5 key topics: planning, value sharing, development of projects with shared governance, imperative reason of major public interest and solar energy. In this publication, the Cler network, drawing on the experience of its members, deciphers the issues at stake in this law to help elected representatives and local players
