MicroGEMS employs the power of the processor [environmental monitoring]
Description
In a further development of the Guardian Environmental Monitoring System (GEMS), GEC Energy Systems has produced a new outstation with a better performance and lower power requirements. The new MicroGEMS employs a microprocessor to perform trending and to provide for in situ interrogation of stored data and parameter changing using a portable personal computer. (author)
