Description

Gastroenterostomy is a palliative operaton for drainage. It can be represented by retrocolic and antecolic, isoperistaltic and anisoperistaltic, laterolateral and Y-Roux anastomosis. Impressions by the colic ligament are normal findings. Pathological findings are anastomosis - obstruction, high position, ulcer, blind loops, gastroileostomy, volvulus of the anastomosed loop, herniation, invagination, and changes in the underlying disease. Abstract (German)

Die Gastroenterostomie ist ein Palliativeingriff zur Drainage. Ihre Form ist vielfaeltig: antecolisch and retrocolisch, isoperistaltisch und anisoperistaltisch, laterolateral und Y-Anastomose nach Roux. Zu den Veraenderungen ohne Krankheitswert zaehlen Impressionen des Mesokolons. Veraenderungen mit Krankheitswert sind der Anastomosenverschluss, die hohe Lage, das Ulkus, blinde Schlingen, die Gastroileostomie, der Volvulus der anastomosierten Schlinge, innere Hernien, Invaginationen und Veraenderungen der Grunderkrankung.
