The coordination of impurities in chalcogenides
Description
A method is proposed for the study of the coordination of impurities in liquid and amorphous semiconductors based on the neutron method of differences. It is applied to liquid Se containing 3 at.% Ni and results are presented which show unambiguously the fourfold coordination character of the metal-chalcogen complex. (author)
