Current sheath movement in the plasma focus facilities dena

Description

Experimental measurements of the current sheath evolution in the plasma focus facility denahave been presented. During these studies we found that under same condition the expansion velocity of the current sheath is about 1.49 cm/μS for neon, and about 2.29 cm/μS for d2+2%kr, and that thickness of the current sheath is in the order of a few cm. Among others, we found that in spite of different yields, discharges with same scenario, leads to the same current sheath velocity
