On some physicochemical and magnetic properties of iron solid solutions in chromium telluride Cr3Te4
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow (Russian Federation). Inst. Obshchej i Neorganicheskoj Khimii
Description
Change in some magnetic and phisicochemical properties of iron solid solutions in chromium telluride due to increase in alloying component concentration was studied. It is shown that single phase zone solid solutions on the basis of Cr5Te6 hexagonel phase is decomposed. The elongation of homogeneity range of hexagonal solid solutions on the Cr2Te3 basis is probably not great and does not exceed some molar percents at the approximate temperature of 200 deg C.11 refs., 4 figs
