Symplectic geometry and geometric quantization for the open bosonic string in the BRST formalism
Description
The symplectic structures for the open bosonic string are given by the method developed by Tuclzyjev and Chen and Yu and a geometric quantization for the string in the BRST formalism is proposed here. The conformal anomaly is cancelled if the curvature of the BRST vacuum bundle over G0' = G0/H vanishes. (orig.)
