Description
The fuel utilization scenarios of TWR and FBR were compared, and the influences of high burnup and deeply burning depleted uranium (DEU) of TWR on nuclear energy development were studied. The result shows that the demands for depleted uranium of TWR and FBR are same with the same capacity, and the deeper burnup level of the TWR can improve the utilization ratio of uranium resources in the single cycle.
