Methodology of pulsed neutron-gamma logging
- 1. Institute of Physics and Nuclear Techniques, Krakow (Poland)
Description
The problems concerning determining the neutron parameters of rock formations from pulsed neutron-gamma log results are described. The interfering influence of background radiation and statistical fluctuations of registered signals is discussed. Some model measurements with the use of a two-detector pulsed neutron probe are described. (author)
