System for coordinated time measurement
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Yadernykh Issledovanij
Description
A system for timing experimental data obtained at the physical installation for detecting neutrino fluxes from collapsing stars by means of the scale of the Soviet Coordinated Time (UTC(SU)) on the scales of the Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) is described. The timing is performed using the Soviet and radiochannels. The error of timing on the UTC(SU) scale is not worse than +-1.1 μs. The relative daily instability of a time keeper a'mouts to 1.7x10-9. The time measurement error without a nonius scale is 1 ms, with a nonius scale it is equal to 10 μs
