Method and set-up for solidification of radioactive waste in powder form
Description
The receiving drum for dusty waste is put as a 'lost' drum into a dumping vessel with its cover released. By creating a vacuum in the dumping vessel and a rotating motion of the dumping vessel on a rotary mixer the cover of the dust drum is released and the waste is distributed in the dumping vessel. Subsequently solidifying agents are introduced into the dumping vessel. (DG)

Der Staubabfall-Aufnahmebehaelter wird mit geloestem Deckel als verlorener Behaelter in einen Deponiebehaelter eingesetzt. Durch Erzeugung eines Vakuums im Deponiebehaelter und eine Drehbewegung des Deponiebehaelters auf einer Rotationsmischmaschine wird der Deckel des Staubabfall-Aufnahmebehaelters geloest und der Staubabfall im Deponiebehaelter verteilt. Anschliessend erfolgt die Einfuehrung von Verfestigungsmitteln in den Deponiebehaelter. (DG)Files
