Spectral response of F-light stimulated IR-photoconductivity in colored NaCl crystals

Description
The results of investigation into spectral characteristics of F-light stimulated IR-photoconductivity in colored NaCl crystals are presented. The obtained results allow to make a conclusion that there are either traps of the same type or different traps in the crystals which have a complex spectrum. They have a wide peak in 2-5 μm range with maximum near 2.5 μm and can differ from one another in fine structure
