Highlights: • Computed DWI is a post-processing technique without additional acquisition time. • Computed DWI can be implemented in whole-body MRI protocols for prostate cancer. • Computed WB-DWI has good diagnostic performance for primary prostate cancer. To investigate the utility of post-acquisition computed diffusion-weighted imaging (cDWI) for primary prostate cancer (PCa) evaluation in biparametric whole‐body MRI (bpWB-MRI).
