Description

This paper discusses the proposed measurements of Pion and Sigma Polarizabilities and Radiative Transitions using the beams at Fermilab and TRIUMF/KAON. The final state pion and sigma will be measured in the Fermi Lab E781 SELEX magnetic spectrometer while the final state gamma ray will be measured in a new electromagnetic calorimeter. Transition radiation detectors upstream of the target and ring Cerenkov detectors downstream will provide excellent particle identification
