Application of computation programma DSTD to the thermonuclear plasma size for the thermonuclear reactor controlled by the rate of the fission reaction. I

Several papers published during the last two years endeavour to prove the feasibility of a new thermonuclear reactor. Using a previously published computer code, an endeavour is made to offer a new argument in support of this feasibility by elucidating the possibility of a ''confining'' the thermonuclear plasma within the environing cold plasma and in the last resort within the medium of gaseous fuel of the thermonuclear reactor. In this paper, the results are disclosed, supplied by running the DSTD programme for the study of few models of thermonuclear plasma specific to the new thermonuclear reactor. Graphic show the space distribution of the temperature and density of the thermonuclear plasma. A particular attention is paid to the quantities that characterize the thermonuclear plasma when it neighbours its surrounding cold plasma. There are also graphics of the variation of these quantities corresponding to various forms of the thermonuclear plasma
