This document is a report of a training course to graduate university degree in electronic engineering. It tackles the important question of the competitiveness of Burkina Faso societies in the UEMOA zone. The cost of energy is very high for these societies. This situation affects the distribution of their products. In this case the societies have to optimize their energy consumption. A company as SAP Olympic is supplied energy by a primary tension of 15 KV and a contractual demand of 750 kWh. This society works on 24 hours a day, from Monday to Saturday. Its energy consumption raised and was accentuated by the lack of measuring devices, controls, adjustments and monitoring. That is also caused the one's age of the equipment and installations: all that involves over consumptions and thus penalties of going beyond the contractual demand. It would thus be necessary to have an electric diagram, to have numerical analyzers of electricity consumption and to subscribe has a higher power in order to carry out savings of time of maintenance, availability of production, equipment and staff safety and in order to avoid the penalties of going beyond

Ce document est un rapport de stage pour l'obptention du diplome universitaire de technologie en genie electrique. Il aborde la question combien importante de la competivite des entreprises burkinabe dans la zone de l'UEMOA. Ces entreprises sont en effet confrontees par le cout eleve de l'energie, ce qui influence enormement la commercialisation des produits finis. Il importe donc pour ces entreprises, d'optimiser leur consommation energetique. Une societe comme la SAP Olympic est alimentee par une tension primaire de 15KV dont une puissance souscrite de 750 kWh. C'est une unite industrielle qui fonctionne 24 heures sur 24, du lundi au samedi. Sa consommation d'energie electrique est donc elevee et est accentuee par le manque d'appareils de mesures, de controles, de reglages et de surveillance. Cela est aussi du a la veillesse des equipements et installations : tout cela entraine des surconsommations et donc des penalites de depassement de la puissance souscrite. Il faudrait donc disposer d'un schema electrique, disposer d'analyseurs numeriques de la consommation electrique et souscrire a une puissance superieure afin de realiser des gains en temps de maintenance, en disponibilite de production, en securite du personnel et des equipements et afin d'eviter les penalites de depassementFiles
